I am passionate about helping people develop their potential and find fulfilling careers.
During my corporate career I was fortunate to gain wide recruitment experience from graduates to Director level, working for consultancies, technology and start-up businesses. When I had my first daughter, I took the opportunity to take redundancy and consider my options – self employment being the route I chose. My experience has included many years as a trainer and coach at European business schools helping international MBA and Masters students prepare for the job market.
From first-hand experience, I strongly believe in the importance of networking. My most exciting career opportunities came through my personal contacts.
I am a trained coach and First Impressions qualified image consultant. In 2010, I co-founded successful women in business networking group, Fab Networking, which helps connect and support small business owners in Hertfordshire.
Based near St Albans, I run a small home dog boarding business with my husband and enjoy many country walks with our cockapoo and our house guests!
